Cancellation and Refund Policy

Social Capital Smart Training Academy is committed to providing high-quality training sessions to all registrants. We understand that sometimes, plans change and adjustments are necessary. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all our training events to accommodate those situations fairly:

  1. Notice of Cancellation
  • Registrants must notify the Academy in writing if they wish to cancel their registration.
  • Cancellations can be sent via email to our designated registration office.
  1. Refund Policy
  • If a cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the scheduled training event, the registrant is eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Transfer Policy
  • Instead of a refund, registrants may choose to transfer their registration to a different session or another individual.
  • Transfer requests must be received at least 30 days before the event and are subject to availability.
  • Registrants are allowed one transfer per registration; subsequent transfers or cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
  1. Exceptions
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or family emergency, requests for registration transfer may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Non-Attendance
  • If a registrant does not attend the training without notifying the Academy in advance (a “no-show”), the registration fee is non-refundable, and no transfer will be allowed.
